  1. Slide the Small Tab of the Bracket into the Groove in the Track. Align the Emitter Bracket to a Height Line about 5"-8" from the Track Bottom.
    • Slide the Small Tab of the Bracket into the Groove in the Track.

    • Align the Emitter Bracket to a Height Line about 5"-8" from the Track Bottom.

    • Mark and Drill the Bracket Mounting Holes in the Track.

    • Place the Washer onto the Sensor Kit Bolt, and then Place the Bolt and Washer through the Emitter, Bracket, and Lock Nut.

    • Insert 1/4" Screws from the inside of the Track.

    • Slide the Emitter Bracket onto the Screws.

    • Secure the Pack with Serrated Flange Nuts.

  2. Mark the Back Face of the other Track at the same height as the Emitter. Align the Edge of the Bracket with the Rear Edge of the track.
    • Mark the Back Face of the other Track at the same height as the Emitter.

    • Align the Edge of the Bracket with the Rear Edge of the track.

    • Mark the Bracket Mounting Holes on the Track.

    • Drill .28" Dia. Holes in the Track for the Bracket Mounting Holes.

    • Attach Reflector to the Bracket with Hardware supplied

    • Insert 1/4" Screws from the inside of the Track.

    • Slide the Bracket onto the Screws.

    • Secure the Pack with Serrated Flange Nuts.

  3. Align the Emitter Bracket to a Height Line about 5"-8" from the Track Bottom. Align the Back of the Sensor Mounting Bracket with the Back of the Track
    • Align the Emitter Bracket to a Height Line about 5"-8" from the Track Bottom.

    • Align the Back of the Sensor Mounting Bracket with the Back of the Track

    • Mark and Drill the Bracket Mounting Holes in the Track.

    • Place the Washer onto the Sensor Kit Bolt, and then Place the Bolt and Washer through the Emitter, Bracket, and Lock Nut.

    • Install the Sheet Metal Screws to Secure the Emitter Bracket to the Track.

  4. Mark the Front Face of the other Track at the same height as the Emitter. Measure 1" from the Track's Back to locate the Reflector Mounting Bracket Holes. Mark the (2) Bracket Mounting Holes on the Track.
    • Mark the Front Face of the other Track at the same height as the Emitter.

    • Measure 1" from the Track's Back to locate the Reflector Mounting Bracket Holes.

    • Mark the (2) Bracket Mounting Holes on the Track.

    • Drill 1/8" Pilot Holes for the Sheet Metal Screws.

    • Attach Reflector to the Bracket with the supplied Bolt, Washer, and Nylon Lock Nut.

    • Attach the Reflector Bracket to the Track with the provided Sheet Metal Screws.

  5. Make sure the Emitter and Reflector are Mounted at appropriate Heights so that the Emitter's Beam will hit the Reflector. Make sure the Emitter and Reflector are Mounted at appropriate Heights so that the Emitter's Beam will hit the Reflector.

  6. REMOVE FACTORY JUMPER BETWEEN 24VDC AND SAFETY 1 TO INSTALL A SINGLE SAFETY DEVICE.
    • REMOVE FACTORY JUMPER BETWEEN 24VDC AND SAFETY 1 TO INSTALL A SINGLE SAFETY DEVICE.

    • WHITE WIRE - Not Used

    • BLUE - 0VDC

    • BROWN - 24VDC

    • BLACK - 24VDC → EMITTER UNIT MUST BE IN ‘DK’ MODE

    • DARK/LIGHT MODE SELECTION DIAL MUST BE ROTAED FULLY COUNTER-CLOCKWISE

    • ORANGE - SAFETY 1
