  1. Bolt the Beam to the Posts.
    • Bolt the Beam to the Posts.

    • Erect the Frame Structure.

    • Level and Secure Frame Structure to the Floor.

    • Bolt the Supports to the Posts.

    • Plumb the Frame.

    • Secure the Supports to the Floor.

  2. Assembly of the Posts and Beam may be easier on the floor, then standing the completed Frame upright.
    • Assembly of the Posts and Beam may be easier on the floor, then standing the completed Frame upright.

    • Orient the Post with the Upper Hole

    • toward the Front of the Frame.

    • Insert the Flanges of the Beam

    • into the Top of each Post. (Including any Optional Center Post)

    • Insert the Shoulder Bolts from the inside of the Posts.

    • The Upper Bolt should go through the Hole in the Beam Flange.

    • Install the Nylon Lock Nuts on the outside of the Posts.

  3. Stand the Post and Beam Assembly upright.
    • Stand the Post and Beam Assembly upright.

    • Move the Frame Structure to it's Installation Location.

    • Level, Square and Plumb the Structure.

    • Anchor the Frame Structure to the Floor.

  4. Supports Bolt to the Outside of the Frame Structure Posts.
    • Supports Bolt to the Outside of the Frame Structure Posts.

    • With the Frame Plumb (Front to Back)

    • rest the Support's Floor Mounting Flange on the Floor

    • Bring the Mounting Angle of the Support to mate with the Outside Face, and the Rear Face of the Post

    • Bolt the Support to the Post.

    • Secure the Support to the Floor.

    • Repeat for the remaining support(s).

  5. Align the Edge of the First Section of Track
    • Align the Edge of the First Section of Track

    • with the Inside Face of the Post.

    • Align the Bottom Edge of the Track to the Bottom Edge of the Beam.

    • Check for Level.

    • Secure the First Section of Track to the Beam.

    • Butt the Second Section of Track up to the Edge of the First, then secure it to the the Beam.

    • The Last section of Track can be cut to the fill the remaining length to the other Post. (Cut the outermost end.)
