Insert the included Aluminum Bar Stock into the sleeves of the seals.

Note: There are 3 different length Seals so be sure you are using the correct size Aluminum Bar Stock for each Seal.

Orient the Upper Seal (80" Long) on the side of the Dock Leveler with the Aluminum Bar Stock above the foam portion of the Seal.

Be sure the Aluminum Bar Stock is 1"-2" behind the front lip of the Dock Leveler and 1"-2" below the top lip of the Dock Leveler.

Using the provided Self-Tapping Screws and a Torque Driver, screw through the Aluminum Bar Stock into the side of the Dock Leveler 1" in from each end of the Upper Seal and 18"-24" along the Aluminum Bar Stock.

Be sure the Upper Seal is level with the top of the Dock Leveler.

Orient the Front Seal (5-1/2" Long) on the side of the Dock Leveler with the Aluminum Bar Stock right behind the front lip of the Dock Leveler and just below the Upper Seal.

Using the provided Self-Tapping Screws and a Torque Driver, screw through the Aluminum Bar Stock into the side of the Dock Leveler 1" in from each end of the Front Seal.

Be sure the Front Seal is plumb with the Front of the Dock Leveler.

Orient the Lower Seal (76" Long) on the side of the Dock Leveler with the Aluminum Bar Stock below the foam portion of the Seal.

Be sure the Aluminum Bar Stock is just behind and below the Front Seal and angled upwards toward the bottom of the Upper Seal on the other end.

Using the provided Self-Tapping Screws and a Torque Driver, screw through the Aluminum Bar Stock into the side of the Dock Leveler 1" in from each end of the Lower Seal and 18"-24" along the Aluminum Bar Stock.

Repeat Steps 2-4 on the opposite side of the Dock Leveler and your installation is complete.
