Brand new G1screen door. Will power but needs help raising. If you lift bottom of screen up 1-2 feet, door will start to raise and take all screen. By itself, door will not raise.

i am installing a curtain with the finished dims 26'3"wide x 14'9".

i will be dropping down from a 30' ceiling. should i use 3/8" allthread or chain? how can i calculte the spacing of the drop downs?
